exactly is a FREE IT Health Check?
A two-hour onsite visit from one of our experienced
Engineers.
What is the purpose of this FREE IT Health
Check?
The purpose of the check is to examine where
the latest I.T solutions can be implemented
to deliver cost saving improvements and identify
any IT security issues likely to be putting
your business at risk.
What
information will be gathered?
The Engineer will fill in a survey report
(Links to survey.doc on Website) and take
details of any existing Network problems.
All information is strictly confidential and
will only be used for the purpose of generating
a System report.
How will this information be obtained?
Our Engineer will spend approximately one
hour looking at your Servers and Network configuration
and a further hour speaking to an appropriate
staff member about your Network and any existing
issues.
How much will this Service cost?
This Service is completely free of charge.
What’s in it for our company?
Free expert advice, on how to protect your
data and improve your network performance
and reliability.
What happens once the information has been
processed?
The information gathered during the site visit
will be collated in a report and returned
to the customer.
What happens next?
Once you have received and reviewed the report,
you can request contact from Paradigm’s Technical
Manager who will arrange a meeting to discuss
any urgent actions or recommendations.
