in the overall support plan provides invaluable
enhancements such as 4-hour response on vital network
components such as Servers, Switches, Firewalls,
Routers, and Plotters.
Most customers
also require Hardware support for PC’s, Laptop’s
and Printers. Even though all hardware vendors offer
warranty, they tend not to provide customers with
cover for operating system or communication problems.
