Contract Hardware Support :

A comprehensive hardware support service is the cornerstone of any maintenance contract. Inclusion of hardware cover in the overall support plan provides invaluable enhancements such as 4-hour response on vital network components such as Servers, Switches, Firewalls, Routers, and Plotters.

Most customers also require Hardware support for PC’s, Laptop’s and Printers. Even though all hardware vendors offer warranty, they tend not to provide customers with cover for operating system or communication problems.

Paradigm Technology offer five Priority levels making it easy to customise a contract to exactly suit our customers needs:

Priority A 4-hour response including time & materials
Priority B 8-hour response including time & materials
Priority C+ 8-hour response including time only
Priority C 8-hour response excluding time & materials
Phone Priority phones access to specialist support team

Paradigm can also credit billable customers with a percentage of payment received if that customer takes out a contract within a 90 days of completion of billable work.
