Non Contract Support:

In order to accommodate customers that do not hold a support contract or require assistance resolving a Hardware or Software issue which may not be covered by their existing contract, Paradigm can provide support services on a time and materials basis.

Below are just a few examples of these services.

Installation of hardware purchased directly from other vendors
Optimisation of Installations carried out by Non-IT specialists
CAD application Telephone support
Site surveys or equipment inventories

Paradigm can also credit billable customers with a percentage of payment received if that customer takes out a contract within a 90 days of completion of billable work.
