Normally an SM contract includes
a yearly review of all aspects of system operation
in an orderly and proactive way. Paradigm technical
staff reviews the operation and configuration of your
systems components. They will then provide a report
to senior personnel covering the current situation
and any proposed enhancements, which could, enhance
or optimise your IT related business procedures.
